Manila Chocolatier was launched in the Philippines in 2014. Its Master Chocolatier, Raul Matias, created the brands. Matias was trained in Europe, Canada and the USA.

A truly Filipino nut, the pili is indigenous to the Philippines. The pili is also believed to be of high nutritional value, eve surpassing the almond and the other common nuts. Found in the southern part of Luzon, the pili chocolate paste gives a fresh flavor to this chocolate bar.
